Remember not to suspend or have difficulty, resulting in the failure to take out the pin shaft of the boom oil cylinder and the danger of oil pipe pressure relief.

12、放開減速機(jī)的兩個油堵，放凈廢油。因兩個油堵成90度角，在加注新油時，減速機(jī)平放的基礎(chǔ)上必須讓注油孔在高點，直到觀察孔漏油為止，然后將油堵纏上生料帶上緊，如油堵是無‘O’型圈的類型，需在生料帶的外面涂抹密封膠，觀察12小時后有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

12. Release the two oil plugs of the reducer and drain the waste oil. Since the two oil plugs form a 90 degree angle, when filling new oil, the reducer must be placed horizontally, and the oil filling hole must be at the highest point until the observation hole leaks oil, and then wrap the oil plug with the raw material belt to tighten it. If the oil plug is of the type without 'o' ring, it is necessary to apply sealing glue on the outside of the raw material belt and observe whether there is leakage after 12 hours.

13、將以上步驟反之，安裝完畢。在安裝的過程中，大臂、馬達(dá)、減速機(jī)的固定螺栓均需涂抹緊固膠，馬達(dá)與減速機(jī)結(jié)合面涂抹密封膠。

13. Reverse the above steps to complete the installation. During installation, the fixing bolts of boom, motor and reducer shall be coated with fastening glue, and the joint surface of motor and reducer shall be coated with sealant.
