水泥撒布車的使用率如何提高？

無論對于水泥撒布車的應用還是對于其他相關設備的應用，在應用過程中都需要進行相應的維護工作，今天小編為大家介紹做到以下3點可有效提高水泥撒布車使用率：

　　1、水泥撒布車長時間停用，應該要放空罐內以及管道中的液體，各個孔都要蓋緊，保持好清潔度，各個運轉部件要加注潤滑油，多次使用和長時間使用以及再次啟用的時候應該要罐中的鐵銹，要定期清洗水過濾器。

　　1. If the cement spreader is out of service for a long time, the liquid in the tank and pipeline should be emptied. Each hole should be covered tightly to maintain good cleanliness. All running parts should be filled with lubricating oil. Rust in the tank should be removed when it is used for many times, for a long time and when it is used again. 2、在室外溫度低于零下5度的時候沒有保溫裝置的全自動水泥撒布車不應該存放成品，要及時的排除干凈，以免發(fā)生上凍情況。

　　2. When the outdoor temperature is lower than - 5 ℃, the automatic cement spreader without thermal insulation device should not store the finished products, but should be removed in time to avoid freezing.

　　3、當然水泥撒布車要定期的檢查定子和轉子的配合間隙，在不可以達到規(guī)定的較小間隙時候應該要考慮更換定子和轉子。
