　　1、場地:要求無塵硬化路面，面積應(yīng)在200左右，是庫房，但必須足夠25噸的吊車的工作高度和半徑。

　　2、設(shè)施：25噸吊車一臺（20噸也可以）。

　　4、工具：10、16、18、19、21、22、24、30套筒和扳手少一套、快速扳手及長、短接桿各一、加力桿一根、30的輪胎扳手、10毫米的內(nèi)六角扳手、55的活口扳手兩把、小號活口扳手一把、小號的老虎鉗一把、手鉗一把、一字螺絲刀一把、大小錘頭各一、撬棍兩根，配備氣動扳手和氣泵，能提率。（減速機油位及減速機油的檢查：先切斷電源，等待減速機冷卻后打開放油螺塞，檢查油是否充滿，避免漏油，?取油樣，檢查油色澤及粘度指數(shù)，如果油明顯渾濁，建議盡快更換。新減速機使用后（500-1000）小時更換新油（將內(nèi)部污油沖干凈），其后每使用1500小時需要更換油一次，但是在使用過程中，仍需要檢查油的質(zhì)量，若油有老化、變質(zhì)情況必須隨時更換。）

　　4. 　　1、將設(shè)備啟動移已選好場地，將轉(zhuǎn)子罩彈簧銷軸取出，再將轉(zhuǎn)子放置點，切記不可懸置或有吃力現(xiàn)象，造成大臂油缸銷軸取不出來，油管泄壓易出危險。

　　1. Start the equipment and move it to the selected site. Remove the spring pin shaft of the rotor cover, and then place the rotor at the lowest point. Remember not to suspend it or make it difficult to remove the pin shaft of the boom oil cylinder, which may cause danger due to oil pipe pressure relief.

　　4、卸掉馬達上的螺栓，并取下馬達，注意需要兩個人必須輕拿輕放。

　　5、將轉(zhuǎn)子罩殼所有的連接桿拆卸，取下銷軸。

　　9、卸掉滑靴，吊出轉(zhuǎn)子罩。

　　10、卸掉大臂與橫桿和轉(zhuǎn)子的連接處的螺栓，吊出大臂，放置一邊。

　　10. Remove the bolts at the connection between the boom, crossbar, and rotor, lift out the boom, and place it aside.

　　11、卸掉減速機固定螺絲，并用撬棍插入軸套壓住，用吊車吊出減速機，放置一邊，檢查有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

　　11. Remove the fixing screws of the reducer and insert a pry bar into the shaft sleeve to press it down. Use a crane to lift out the reducer, place it aside, and check for any leakage.

　　12、放開減速機的兩個油堵，放凈廢油。因兩個油堵成90度角，在加注新油時，減速機平放的基礎(chǔ)上必須讓注油孔在點，直到觀察孔漏油為止，然后將油堵纏上生料帶上緊，如油堵是無‘O’型圈的類型，需在生料帶的外面涂抹密封膠，觀察12小時后有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

　　12. Release the two oil plugs of the gearbox and drain the waste oil completely. Due to two oil plugs forming a 90 degree angle, when adding new oil, the gearbox must be placed flat with the oil injection hole at the highest point until the observation hole leaks oil. Then, wrap the oil plug around the raw material belt and tighten it. If the oil plug is of the type without an O-ring, apply sealing glue on the outside of the raw material belt and observe for any leakage after 12 hours.

　　13、將以上步驟反之，安裝完畢。在安裝的過程中，大臂、馬達、減速機的固定螺栓均需涂抹緊固膠，馬達與減速機結(jié)合面涂抹密封膠。

　　13. Reverse the above steps to complete the installation. During installation, the fixing bolts of the boom, motor, and gearbox need to be coated with fastening glue, and the joint surface between the motor and gearbox needs to be coated with sealant.
