目前國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的400馬力冷再生機，可以對瀝青路面灰土路基進行冷再生作業(yè)，還可以當路拌機用。國外主流廠家早已不再生產(chǎn)類似功率的專用路拌機，取而代之的是路面冷再生機，除了路面路基冷再生施工，其使用范圍還包括了傳統(tǒng)的路拌機應(yīng)用范圍，而且施工效率大大高于傳統(tǒng)的路拌機。對照國外的經(jīng)驗，功率為400馬力的小冷再生機(相對600馬力的冷再生機)，將會逐步代替國內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)后置路拌機。冷再生機比傳統(tǒng)的后墨轉(zhuǎn)子路拌機施工質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，這得益于冷再生機的結(jié)構(gòu)特點（銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子在兩橋中間〉，但國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的大多數(shù)400馬力冷再生機與后置轉(zhuǎn)子路拌相比，工作速度卻不占優(yōu)勢。徐州銳馬生產(chǎn)的WR2100L路面冷再生機，在實際應(yīng)用中，利用可換擋的雙轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)子，有著普通路拌無法比擬的優(yōu)勢，工作時可以速度更快,拌和效果可調(diào)，混合料可以打的更細。

一臺WR2100L在東營施工，這個作業(yè)面是灰土拌和，要求拌和深度為35公分，比一般的灰土拌和工作深度深很多。當時工地有兩臺后置路拌，一臺徐州雷馬的WB21H，一臺徐工的WB21，兩臺拌和機在壓力很高的情況下〈達到了25Mpa )，一分鐘也只能走3米多，而我們的WR2100L采用一檔，壓力在20Mpa時，行走速度也能跑7一8米/分鐘。到了年底機器老板去結(jié)算，這臺冷再生的平均油耗明顯的低，按平方計算，油耗比路拌機低40%，租賃方很滿意，跟機器老板說明年一定再來。這是一檔低速大扭矩的應(yīng)用。還有一個工地，在淄博，業(yè)主要求灰土拌和要打的細，為達到要求，一般的后置路拌需要打兩遍才能達到要求，還是這個用戶的WR2100L,采用二擋，一遍就達到了業(yè)主的要求，工地施工追求的是效益，一刀活達到要求肯定比兩刀省油。

Calculated by square, the fuel consumption was 40% lower than that of the road mixer. The lessee was very satisfied and explained to the machine owner that they would definitely come back this year. This is an application of low speed and high torque. There is also a construction site in Zibo, where the owner requires the mixing of lime and soil to be fine. In order to meet the requirements, the general rear road mix needs to be mixed twice. This user's WR2100L uses second gear and meets the owner's requirements in one go. The construction site pursues efficiency, and achieving the requirements with one go is definitely more fuel-efficient than two cuts.
