該系統主要用于控制銑拌轉子大臂的升降、轉子罩尾門的啟閉、后輪的轉向等，由幾組電磁閥來控制各油缸運動。電磁閥組為并聯閥組，各閥組基板相連，基板進油口與單路穩(wěn)定分流閥相連，閥組出口與集流塊相連。供油控制閥組為整個系統提供高壓油，當供油電磁閥不通電時P口與T口連通，系統液壓油泄荷整個系統不能工作;當供油電磁通電時P口與T口斷開為整個系統提供高壓油，系統處于工作狀態(tài)，溢流閥設定壓力165 Mpa，保護系統元件。

This system is mainly used to control the lifting of the milling and mixing rotor arm, the opening and closing of the rotor cover tailgate, and the steering of the rear wheels. Several sets of solenoid valves are used to control the movement of each oil cylinder. The electromagnetic valve group is a parallel valve group, with each valve group substrate connected. The oil inlet of the substrate is connected to a single stable diversion valve, and the outlet of the valve group is connected to the manifold block. The oil supply control valve group provides high-pressure oil for the entire system. When the oil supply solenoid valve is not energized, the P port and T port are connected, and the hydraulic oil in the system is discharged. The entire system cannot work; When the oil supply solenoid is energized, the P and T ports are disconnected to provide high-pressure oil to the entire system. The system is in operation, and the relief valve is set at a pressure of 165 Mpa to protect system components.

銑拌轉子的升降:操縱電磁閥開關，液流從電磁閥流出經液控單向閥和單向節(jié)流閥進入大臂提升油缸的有桿腔或無桿腔，活塞桿收縮或伸出，大臂帶動轉子升降。當轉子下降時，油缸有桿腔液壓油流出，經A口單向節(jié)流閥，油液流量減小，使轉子下降速度不過快;當電磁閥開關處于中位時，無論工作裝置在何位置，液壓鎖把油缸鎖住，保證拌和深度不變。

When the rotor descends, hydraulic oil flows out of the rod chamber of the oil cylinder and passes through the one-way throttle valve at port A, reducing the oil flow rate and preventing the rotor from descending too quickly; When the solenoid valve switch is in the middle position, regardless of the position of the working device, the hydraulic lock locks the oil cylinder to ensure that the mixing depth remains unchanged.

操縱尾門電磁閥開關時可以控制尾門油缸的運動，實現尾門的開關并可固定在一定的開度狀態(tài)。為了控制尾門的啟閉速度，在尾門油缸的進出油口上安裝有單向節(jié)流閥。

When operating the tailgate solenoid valve switch, the movement of the tailgate oil cylinder can be controlled to achieve the opening and closing of the tailgate, which can be fixed at a certain opening state. In order to control the opening and closing speed of the tailgate, a one-way throttle valve is installed on the inlet and outlet of the tailgate oil cylinder.

當操縱后輪轉向電磁閥開關時則可以控制后輪的轉向，左右轉向角的大小利用接近開關實現自動控制并具有自動回中功能，液壓鎖把油缸鎖住，保證后輪轉向的可靠性。
