The rational use of asphalt equipment to maximize its potential is the requirement of highway mechanized construction enterprises, and maintenance and repair are essential prerequisites for maximizing mechanical efficiency. In response to this situation, we have formulated and determined the maintenance content for each shift in mechanical management, and urged its implementation. At the end of each month, mandatory maintenance of asphalt equipment is carried out for 2-3 days, which eliminates many faults before they occur.
