大家都知道,在攤鋪作業(yè)過程中,需綜合考慮諸多影響因素,才能實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量攤鋪。

When conducting thick layer paving, the frequency of the vibrator will have a certain impact on the pre compaction effect. Due to the need for a dense and flat paving surface for the wearing layer, the frequency of the vibrator is more important for paving the wearing layer. The frequency of the pressure beam and the pressure beam oscillate up and down under the drive of pulse hydraulic flow. This pulse is generated by a rotating distribution valve installed on the screed, with a frequency between 58 and 68 Hz. The hydraulic cylinder drives the pressure beam for the entire paving width.
