冷再生機在施工過程中負荷較大、液壓系統(tǒng)溫度較高，為使泵和馬達等液壓元件系統(tǒng)中的液壓油黏度處于佳范圍，建議用戶使用HV46#及以上低溫冷凝抗磨液壓油。

根據(jù)工程機械設備對液壓系統(tǒng)的要求，初次對液壓系統(tǒng)和濾芯的保養(yǎng)為500小時，考慮油質及費用問題，初次保養(yǎng)方案是將油品進行過濾，只更換濾芯；從二次保養(yǎng)開始為1000h，因工作強度的大小不一樣，可以根據(jù)油脂情況適當延長保養(yǎng)時間。

若設備運轉使用不足1000小時，因工作強度一般可不更換全部液壓油，但需要放出樣品，看顏色是否清亮，手感粘度是否可以，可采用過濾全部液壓油后更換全部濾芯的方式進行保養(yǎng)。

If the equipment is operated and used for less than 1000 hours, due to the working intensity, it is generally not necessary to replace all the hydraulic oil, but it is necessary to release the sample to see whether the color is clear and whether the hand feel viscosity is OK. ①更換時機：設備運轉結束后適當?shù)臏囟认拢?0攝氏度以下）更換為好的時機。

②更換液壓油及濾芯應具備的場地條件及器具。場地條件：平整清潔的地面。器具：三相電源、200L的油桶三個、濾油機一臺（更換濾芯）、充足的液壓油（HV46#）、濾芯一套、濾芯扳手1件。

② Site conditions and instruments for replacing hydraulic oil and filter element. Site conditions: flat and clean ground. Appliances: three-phase power supply, three 200L oil drums, one oil filter (replace filter element), sufficient hydraulic oil (hv46#), one set of filter element and one filter element wrench.

③更換步驟：先將設備的液壓油抽出。拆下全部液壓油濾芯。將事先需要更換的鋼管、膠管安裝好。將新液壓油通過濾油機注入。觀察新的油位是否達到標準油位，直到達標為準。啟動設備后，小負荷運轉設備，使液壓油均勻充滿各部位液壓件。

③ Replacement steps: first draw out the hydraulic oil of the equipment. Remove all hydraulic oil filter elements. Install the steel pipe and rubber hose that need to be replaced in advance. Inject new hydraulic oil through the oil filter. Observe whether the new oil level reaches the standard oil level until it reaches the standard. After starting the equipment, operate the equipment with a small load to make the hydraulic oil fill all parts of the hydraulic parts evenly.
