冷再生技術(shù)在瀝青材料循環(huán)利用中有什么作用?

近幾年我國(guó)公路建設(shè)突飛猛進(jìn),其中大多數(shù)路面尤其是高等級(jí)公路路面為瀝青路面。根據(jù)瀝青路面的設(shè)計(jì)使用壽命,我國(guó)目前每年需要翻修的瀝青路面已經(jīng)超過了15%,瀝青路面的廢棄量已達(dá)到每年250萬噸以上,并且這些數(shù)字還以每年15%的速度增長(zhǎng)。所以合理的利用瀝青再生技術(shù)已成為公路建設(shè)中的重要課題。
In recent years, China's highway construction is advancing by leaps and bounds, most of which are asphalt pavement, especially high-grade highway pavement. According to the design service life of asphalt pavement, more than 15% of asphalt pavement needs to be renovated every year in our country, and the amount of abandoned asphalt pavement has reached more than 2.5 million tons per year, and these figures are increasing at the rate of 15% per year. So reasonable use of asphalt recycling technology has become an important topic in highway construction.
根據(jù)國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn),瀝青路面材料的循環(huán)利用用于新建路面或是路面維修工程中,在技術(shù)上是可行的,經(jīng)濟(jì)上也是比較合理的,不會(huì)增加過多的成產(chǎn)成本,變廢為寶有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。與其他路面修復(fù)技術(shù)相比較:瀝青路面再生還能在一定程度上減少交通中斷的時(shí)間。
According to the experience of foreign countries, the recycling of asphalt pavement materials used in new pavement or pavement maintenance engineering is technically feasible and economically reasonable. It will not increase too much production cost and turn waste into treasure, which is conducive to environmental protection. Compared with other pavement repair technologies, asphalt pavement regeneration can also reduce the time of traffic interruption to a certain extent.

總結(jié)起來,瀝青路面材料的循環(huán)利用具有降低施工成本、節(jié)約集料和瀝青膠結(jié)料、保持厚路面的幾何特性、保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約能源、減少用戶的延誤等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

因此,如何很好的應(yīng)用瀝青路面的再生技術(shù),達(dá)到預(yù)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益是這里所探討的重 點(diǎn)。

路面冷再生的種類很多,根據(jù)瀝青再生和回收協(xié)會(huì)的定義,可分為“熱廠拌再生、熱現(xiàn)場(chǎng)再生、冷廠拌再生、冷現(xiàn)場(chǎng)再生、全厚度再生”。
There are many kinds of pavement cold recycling. According to the definition of asphalt recycling and Recycling Association, it can be divided into "hot plant recycling, hot site recycling, cold plant recycling, cold site recycling and full thickness recycling".
瀝青路面的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)冷再生是指利用舊路面材料經(jīng)加工后重復(fù)利用,根據(jù)需要加入部分新骨料成新集料,按比例加入一定量的水泥和適量的水,在自然的環(huán)境下連續(xù)地完成材料的銑刨、破碎、添加、拌和、攤鋪及壓實(shí)成型,重新形成具有所需承能力結(jié)構(gòu)層的一種工藝方法。

冷再生技術(shù)一般用在基層和底基層的再生利用中。對(duì)于既有瀝青路面基層和底基層的再生,由于組成的材料復(fù)雜,故首要問題是解決材料的分類和破碎,然后按基層或底基層的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行級(jí)配,可以單獨(dú)再生后做基層或底基層,也可以與既有瀝青面層一起再生后做基層或底基層。
Cold recycling technology is generally used in the recycling of base and subbase.
